Given the constantly evolving demands of the workplace, it is essential to regularly update your technical knowledge. The Department of Computing and Technology offers a range of short certificate courses through the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program. The courses cover a wide spectrum from basic computing skills to advanced computing applications such as Analytics, Business Accounting, Graphic Design, Game Engineering, Programming, Networking, Cybersecurity, Robotics for Children under 15 years, and Coding for Children under 15 years.

Our Short Course Fields

Overview

If you’re ready to enroll in short courses as a nondegree-seeking student, take a moment to learn more about the admission requirements and application process. The Department welcomes various types of nondegree students, including:

  • Undergraduate or graduate students, who want to take individual courses instead of pursuing a full degree program.
  • Visiting university students, who are enrolled in an undergraduate program at another college or university.
  • Learners in their vacation who are yet to join University

Aim

As a nondegree student, you’re part of a unique group of students who have varying reasons for taking accredited UCU short courses. You might not have the time to commit to a full degree program, or you might need to take a required course that’s not readily available at your institution. If you’re an admitted on our short course programme, you’ll earn credit for the courses you take, and they’ll be listed on an official UCU transcript with grades earned.
