MR. BONIFACE OKUDA
Speaker’s Bio:
Boniface is a senior statistician in the Department of Research Services, Parliament of Uganda, where he is in charge of research designs and data analytics. He is very passionate about data science and Big Data and has over 8 years’ experience in the field of Research and Data Analytics.
His current research interests are in the application of machine learning techniques, particularly in the areas of; bioinformatics, anomaly detection, clinical diagnosis, and fraud detection. He Holds a Master’s degree in Statistics (MUK), Master’s degree in Big Data Analytics(Amity) and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics(MUK).
